Does a Half-Ogre have the Humanoid or Giant type? Or something else entirely?

humanoid ... i think, near my books though. ... it does get ogre-blood (just like elven blood for elves) so if something affects ogre's b/c they're ogre's it'll affect half-ogre's too.

A half-ogre's type is Humanoid (half-ogre).

Irda are listed as being humanoid, but they should actually be giants. Ogre titans should also be giants, even though it lists them as monstrous humanoids.

Giant (shapechanger) would work, sure. They're distantly related to doppelgangers, or so one theory goes.

...changer, not shifter. got it.

[edit] ... did they have any contact with the graygem or did they just manage to trap it? (and then crack it)
