Well, I recently decided to make a whole slew of PrC's for the Thri-Kreen - so where else would I go to get the ideas but here? I've completed three, and I have another in the works. As I finish them, I'll post them on the PrC's board and link to them from here.

If you have any ideas for good classes that fit the Kreen, let me know!

In DS, a PrC should never give immortality, IMO. This knowledge is exclusive to Rajaat and the Champions (based on numerous fluff references), and epic manifesters/spellcasters using epic powers/spells (based on 3E rules).

Extended Lifespan is the same name as the epic feat, so you should change it.

This Prc would be better suited IMO for Epic progression (ie after 20th level). And I would have to agree with Pennarin- only the AB's of Athas should be immortal- they achieve it through a mastery of psionic and arcane/divine power.

But legally nothing is stopping epic spellcasters or manifesters from crafting an epic spell or power that confers immortality. Its all right there in the epic seeds in the SRD and athas.org has to do with it.

Immortality is not limited to ABs.

This PrC is designed for pre-epic progression. Extended Lifespan has been revised to read "Improved Lifespan". There is precedent for PrCs that grant immortality (Cloud Anchorite, in Frostburn). That said, having read your comments, you are correct - so the "Dark Sun Notes" at the bottom has been updated for those running DS games. The PrCs that I am making are non setting-specific, but as Thri-Kreen are such a part of DS, special notes are included for ease of transition into that world. Thanks for the critique!

Edit - Also, the scouting PrC, The Kalakos, has been posted. See the first post of this thread for a link.

You can always post a DS-specific version of your PrC here.

I don't want to cross-post

As is - thanks for your feedback, it is invaluable to have a member of the actual team critiquing my work.

I am currently working on the Pack Coordinator.

Edit - done with the Pack Coordinator. That's enough for today I think....
