Keepers of the Black feather prestige class?

Not as a prestige class, but as a secret society it was mentioned in a sidebar on page 38 of Gazetteer 1. More detail was found in a chapter on the Keepers in the Cryptic Alliegances book in the Forbidden Lore boxed set.
