Converting the Suel-Lich

I have decided that the ultimate bad guy in my campaign is likely to be a Suel-Lich.

We run 3.5 in my group and I have only been able to locate some old 2nd edition stats for the suel lich. [url]http://www.greyhawkonline.com/canonfire/suellich.txt[url/]

I have no idea how to start converting such a beasty and was hoping that one of you guys may already have beaten me to the punch.

Has anyone already done a conversion or can anyone give me any tips on how to start?
