I noticed that Dark Sun also have shattered land, is this the place where most of the dark sun people are located? I would love to see what your shattered land is like. |

See, Dark Sun is a tabletop, pen & paper fantasy RPG. Its likeness has been used twice in old computer games, called Shattered Lands and Wake of the Ravager. The expression "shattered land" is just a commercial name that SSI (the computer game company) used as a title for its product. The expression is not actually a part of the setting. |

That is why I quit playing on starconrpg and told the other aliens that I was tired of fighting against them in outer space, and rather wanted to live alone on my shattered planets, where most of the other aliens are unable to survive. |

It refers to the idea that Dark Sun's world, Athas, is a shattered, desolate, dying wasteland. It isn't like the Mycon idea at all. However, all the races for Dark Sun are a bit stronger and more resiliant than your typical fantasy setting because of it. I'm not certian which of the Star Control races I'd bring in. I know it won't be many, because several of the Star Control races are rather fragile and/or don't really belong in the dry barren desert-world that Athas is. |
