Is there some store where I can get it all printed out and bound or something? My own printer is way too slow for the task and I fear it would use up quite a bit of ink. |

Yup. your local print shop (Kinkos or something similar) should have that ability. GraphicsSystems+ here at home does that for me. One of the reasons I make all my gaming materials (that is, the ones I make) into PDF's, so then they can print and bind them for me. |
