WOTC hasn't even bothered to to scan most of the stuff they DID release to sell as .pdfs. You might see the adventure reworked for D20 Future, but I doubt it. The whole Murder in... line seems to have been simply abandoned; I think the only things published were Murder in Cormyr and Murder in Tarsis.
