#3acearDec 13, 2005 15:33:19 | Is that the Black leather glove from "The Gauntlet"? the old UK module? |
#4cwslyclghDec 13, 2005 16:27:10 | it seems to be "the gauntlet" from UK3: the gauntlet yes. |
#5zombiegleemaxDec 14, 2005 9:19:14 | This also ties into COR5-15 Kusnir, by some reprobate. |
#6pauln6Dec 14, 2005 13:09:48 | So any chance on confirming what the upshot/outcome of that mod was or is it not retired yet? |
#7MortepierreDec 15, 2005 2:57:45 | It's not retired yet and won't be before 12/31/2006. |
#8zombiegleemaxDec 15, 2005 5:38:23 | It's not retired yet and won't be before 12/31/2006. Which is to say - it's just been released. |
#9MortepierreDec 15, 2005 6:38:37 | Actually, the release date was 12/1/2005 for convention play, and 1/1/2006 for the rest (game day, home, etc..). |

#11zombiegleemaxDec 22, 2005 21:41:32 | Highly interesting! I'm also intrigued by COR5-15 Kusnir. It'll likely bring my first and only LGH character, a Tenha refugee bard, into play sometime in 2006. Now that the LGH version of the saga of Utavo the Wise is being published I guess I should share my own version, which I've evoked at various times since the publication of the LGJs. In my Alternate Oerth, Utavo and his followers ultimately use the power of the Gauntlet to found a new state from the original mixed-race freedom fighters. While its origin and initial evolution is bloody, eventually the new state contributes to a renaissance in the region--allying with the Yeomanry, treating with the Kingdom of Keoland and contributing to the rise of new Olman city-states. The Scarlet Brotherhood's hegemony over the former Hold of the Sea Princes is shattered and it is rendered into a hidden threat. |
