Any opinions on who each of them are?

The most accuarate answer to that is found on the Fraternity of Shadows FAQ, here

http://www.fraternityofshadows.com/FAQ/FAQ_Answers.html#whoarethegentlemancallerschildren

If the link doesn't go there directly (due to WotC redirect page), look at at Section 5 of 'People & Places'

So....officially only 2 are named....

Again, I'll ask, what are people's opinions as to who the others are?

And if the Gazetteers would have continued, there would have been one more per issue, according to the FAQ.

Opinions as to who, and where? I'm guessing unknown people for the Islands, only because so little is out there on most of them.

I suspect that the kobold leader, Basilisk might be one. The brief description of him/her describes a bigger kobold with wings (I admit a kobold sorcerer/dragon disciple possibility).

You must have a different copy of Gaz2 from me, then, as Basilisk's description is only a kobold "of unusual size and intelligence." I'm pretty sure I'd've remembered wings. (That said, giving him levels in Dragon Disciple might be entertaining.)

Since I don't have the book in front of me now (or when I made the post), I'll admit I was guessing.

The reason for the Basilisk as a dragon disciple came to me as I was planning to create a bunch of unique dragons for RL in some posts here dressed up as letters to the Weathermay-Foxgrove Twins. A corrospondence, if you will. While I still plan to do that, I'm having trouble locating some of my old notes. But that's not the topic here, I figured another take on the Basilisk might add to the number of GC's recognized children.

However there is already one of his children in Falkovnia. At a guess I would believe they're more spread out than that. Contray-wise if there are two of the GC's five children in Falk. then I would suspect that is absolutely central to his plans...

It just occurred to me that the Jongleur might be one of the Children.

correct me if I am wrong or pointiong out the obvious, but isn't one of them the Vastani slaying son of a domain ruler. Also isn't GC revealed to be an incubus in Carnival or is that a different person

Mallochio of Invidia is indeed one of his kids, the most obvious one. The Caller first appeared in The Evil Eye, the adventure that Mallohio first appeared in. His nature was revealed there while only hinted in later products.
