The intro piece to the article in Dragon, 'Heinfroth's Manual of Methods', is a letter from Dr. Dauclaud Heinfroth to Dr. Gregorian Illhousen, as the head of one of Ravenlofts leading sanitariums to the head of another. The letters you are thinking of from Bleak House are correspondence from Dr. Heinfroth to Baron Metus and also to Dr. Piotr Rehner. Good recall though, RevIron, I had forgotten about those handouts.
