Lotsa veteran players and DMs, all into creating the setting together in harmony, and all polite. Rare. Damn rare. All you have to do to return anything is to pour new and interesting ideas into the board, no matter how raw they are. There's bound to be someone to polish them and turn into some creative addition to the setting.

Everyone here is definitely here to work with eachother and really bring Dark Sun to life as a viable gaming world and as an innovative gaming community where people actually -help- eachother make one another's Dark Sun experience the best and most memorable it can be. So yeah, we all rock, 'specially you Athas.org peeps who really gave us something to work with. -X

#5 Pennarin Feb 01, 2006 18:39:07	This is not paradise, we do sometimes get lost in pointless...er, the best word for it would be bickering, over opinions rather than content. Other times some of us explode (it happens when people are too friendly! too damn much wound up energy within, needs to get out ;) ), me a couple of times every year. Other times we grossly missinterpret the comments of another poster, by I think that is a symptom of my second point. Outside of that, yes we are a good bunch! Carebear stare everyone!!

Of course, more often than not, even those tend to settle down and produce something worthwhile in the end.

Yeah I've probably annoyed a few of you with my ideas involving epic level PCs but even in epic dragon thread and others everyones been really civil. Maybe the setting helps as theres a few contradictions one can prefer so in some ways no ones really wrong unless its something really implausable. Most here seem to be around 25 or older which I suspect helps as well.

Maybe I don't write much because english is a cross-class skill for me:P,and I'm a newbie to DS. But there's really a lot of good stuff that helps enchance gaming. Thanks for all the threads!
