#1 Sysane Feb 03, 2006 13:10:36	I hate to ask this with the recent PrCs threads consuming the board lately (and fearing the repercussions), but has anyone come up with PrCs for all the individual elf tribe? I'm just curious. Do people even feel there should be a separate PrC for each individual elf tribe or would one blanket PrC suit that purpose? Would tribal/regional feats better serve to differentiate the different tribes? Thoughts?

Just have a big selection of regional feats that elves could take and voila - instant unique elf. Add special regional feats that could be taken at other levels than the 1st and even better. As for the PrC onslaught that I've been doing lately, don't worry it's going to stop as soon as I finish the Wind Rider clan. One more Prc and I'm done. :D

#4 squidfur- Feb 03, 2006 22:23:35	I'd have to say I'm against a "blanket PrC" to describe ALL elven tribes, as I feel each one is unique from the others. However, I also think a PrC for everytribe would, quite frankly, be overkill. As for a feat oriented approach, I'm actually currently at work for providing a revamped regional set for all races, elves included, and this will definately be an area I touch upon. Also, I'm currently trying to work out the details for the conversion of two elven PrCs from Elves of Athas - the Procurer and the Freewanderer (which, in my head at least, is near completion) NOTE - any ideas for new feats tied to region or background.
#5 Pennarin Feb 03, 2006 22:27:48	I don't see the need to individualize the elven tribes through representative PrCs. There should be other means, such as regional and ordinary feats, a propencity for certain classes, mainly related to the patron element of the tribe, etc...

In fact, the only tribe that I can think of that might warrant its own PrC is The Shadows. And they might even need more than one, but even then I'm sure other elves of other tribes should be able to do the same things.
