Feb 08, 2006 15:49:54 I'm looking for a map that is accurate as of the War of the Lance and am having a hard time finding one. This is to be used for our campain so a large one like what wizards has for The age of Mortals supplement would be prefferable. It can be a single large poster or seprate pages as i have access to a large color plotter. any help would be appreciated thanks.

Feb 08, 2006 19:07:44 Sovereign Press is coming out with a Map Pouch for the War of the Lance in a few months. Presumably this will have a poster map of the continent but you'd have to ask them. Based on the Age of Mortals poster map it should be really good.

War of the Lance sourcebook (also by SP) has various regional maps (no poster map) which are pretty good.

A great source of WotL era maps is the Atlas of the Dragonlance World (an older book by Karen Wynn Fonstad). She took painstaking care to make the maps accurate.

I just wish that they could fix a location for Garnet, Kayolin and Thelgaard: every map seems to have these at different locations.

Feb 09, 2006 13:54:22 thanks for the replies i realy hope that they have a full poster map the regional's are good but nothing sais "this is your world" like a full sized poster map that looks almost like what the characters would own if they could. we nomaly laminate ours and put notes at important locals that the party knows about are did something at. I'll probably have to order mine off line since none of the local bookstores or gaming shops seem to carry any DL rpg stuff just the novels.
