If it were possible, how feasible would it be to use SpellJammer ships to travel the various planes?

It's very possible - the tso do it all the time. But it isn't any faster than walking.

All planes except the Material Plane (and some demiplanes) have a standard movement rate for long-distance travel that doesn't change just because you have a faster horse. That's because there isn't really any true space out there - in the Ethereal Plane, you're navigating fields of potential, in the Astral Plane you're only moving in your mind, and in the Outer Planes you're traveling in belief. The Inner Planes might have true space, but they're infinitely vast so unless you have an elemental guide to show you the shortcuts you'll never get anywhere.

But... what about sailing a void ship in Beastlands (where only natural fliers, with wings, can fly)?
And what if an hammership sails from the Silver Sea in Mount Celestia toward the stars? What could be founded in a star in Mount Celestia? Are they really stars? Or are they angels' bonefires? Are they monsters (like constellate)? Are they towns? Portals to the Elemental Plane of Fire? Why not Plane of Radiance?

It would be nice manage a gravity plane in the Boundless Blue!

Granted there are some planes where a SJ ship is going to be more of a hinderance than a help. But some planes might require such a ship to get anywhere, like the plane of air where there is no ground any ship from SJ will be handy to get around.

Elven flitters would work there. Conceivably gnomish sidewheelers could work, too, since they're powered by animals.

Spelljamming helms wouldn't work.

What could be founded in a star in Mount Celestia?

A light aasimon, guarding the star and contemplating the universe.

"Legions of lesser aasimon also serve as proxies to the powers of Mount Celestia, including armies of agathinon and ranks of devas. These proxies keep watch over the hours of the day and night, the days of the week, the heavenly bodes, and the seasons, according to their powers and abilities. On Mount Celestia, someone's always watching." - Planes of Law, "Mount Celestia," page 9.

I don't think there's anything on this in particular, but I think the stars in Lunia should be enormous balls of silver flame that don't burn creatures of good alignment.

In Elysium and Arborea, I think the stars should be alive. Look up the terbal.

It would be nice manage a gravity plane in the Boundless Blue!

Yes, they would be very useful in places like the planes of Air, Steam, Smoke, Lightning, and Vacuum. An illithid or drow vessel would be useful in the Plane of Radiance, as it would filter out the blinding light.

A very interesting twist...
