#1ZardnaarApr 26, 2006 0:55:38 | How do you create a table like on the msg boards? I've seen people use that function on things like PrCs. I've got some alternative rules for Dragons written up and have a table similar to the age category's of Dragons in the Monster Manual. Basically IMC Dragons are NPCs only and have 10 stages similar to the wrymling-great wyrm progression. Challenge ratings for the Dragons will probably range from around 22 to 38 or so for a fully transformed Dragon. Sorceror Kings will have a "Sorceror King" Template I'm working on that will give them enhanced ability scores, maximum hit points etc which will add another +2 CR. If (more like when).I stat out Borys for example he would probably weigh in at CR 40 or maybe 41 as he might have some unique abilities. I don't think there is really a balanced way to let PCs be dragons that aern't pitifully weak or totally unplayable. I also wanted them to have CRs low enough for PCs to challenge them at high/epic levels. Yes I could create Borys at CR 50-80+ but don't really see the point. May as well save myself the time as I doubt my camapign will ever reach levels that high. Dregoth will likely have a tweaked Dracolich template from the Draconomicon on him.To solve his lack of hit points problem due to his undead nature (no con bonus) he will have an epic feat tentatively named "Epic Mind over Matter" that will allow him to add his int bonus to his hit points. The normal Mind Over Matter feat is found in the FRCS and Players Guide to Faerun and will be a pre req. In general the SKs won't have character levels as they will effectively be monsters.
