I figure most Magma clerics don't get out much, since they need that magma and all. So here they get a veiw. I'd expect they'd leave some chunks of obsidian in the area around their shrine to keep a look out if necessary.

Obsidian Spyglass
Divination (Scrying)
Level: Magma 3
Components: V, S, F, DF
Casting Time: 1 action
Range: 1 mile/level
Effect: Obsidian sensor
Duration: 1 minute/level
Saving Throw: None
Spell Resistance: No

You use an obsidian disc to peer through other obsidian surfaces within the spells range. You know how many obsidian surfaces are within range and the approximate location of each. You can see all light striking one surface of your choice within range. You may choose a new surface once per minute or continue to scry through the same one.. Anyone studying the obsidian surface can see your eye. Anyone glancing at the obsidian surface will see your eye on a spot check (DC your caster level + Wis modifier). One may only dispel your vision by breaking the obsidian surface or by casting some protection from scrying. You may not cast spells, communicate, or use any other abilities through the obsidian spyglass. If the obsidian surface you are peering through is destroyed the spell ends abruptly.
Focus: A flawless obsidian disc worth 200 cp held up to the eye.

I see what you're going for here, but this line: "Once per minute, you may choose one of these surfaces and see all the light striking it." makes it a little unclear. Reading it I'm not sure if I choose one object per minute and then get an instantaneous glance through it, or if I get constant vision and can change it once per minute. I'm pretty sure you're going for the latter, but it could also be interpreted as the former.

I'd suggest something more like "You can see all light striking one surface of your choice within range. You may choose a new surface once per minute or continue to scry through the same one."

"One may only dispel the eye by breaking the obsidian surface or by casting some protection from scrying."

This line suggests that something like a successful Dispel Magic wouldn't end the spell, which seems like it shouldn't be the case. You might say "The eye remains visible in the surface as long as the spell is in effect." Since you make it clear that breaking the surface ends the spell, you've got that covered, and it means that normal methods for ending spells and spell effects will still work.

I reworked some of the wording as Mystic suggested. I'm not sure that a dispel magic would work in this case as the magical effect is on the obsidian disc the cleric is using to scry.
