#2ashantiJul 18, 2006 4:19:24 | Choose them as feats for you wizard. Each grants benefits to two specified schools of magic (as I recall). Logically they are mutually exclusive but you could bend that rule at a pinch. Thats really about all you need to know. |
#3dirk00001Jul 18, 2006 10:25:46 | For every spell level (1st, 2nd, etc.) you choose two spells that are of the appropriate school, and you get an effective +1 caster level whenever you cast those spells. When you go up in levels and gain access to new spell levels, you still get 2 spells from those levels. The spells chosen don't necessarily have to be ones you know (technically, at least), but when you learn 'em and cast them you'll get the +1 caster level. |
