Yep. The Uigan and Kazar peoples of the Tamire on Taladas are mongol-like. The Alan-atu of the Ilquar mountains are a semi-nomadic group of goat-raising mountain folk (Khazakh maybe?). The Payan Mako of the Fisheries in Taladas are reminiscent of malayan/polynesian folk.
