Aug 17, 2006 16:44:39 It's taking a vacation. I heard it booked a flight to the Bahamas for the month. However it got held up in at the security checkpoint and missed its flight. Don't tell Flip though, because he wasn't invited.

Aug 18, 2006 15:22:15 Is there any news on this? I can get to the most of the website, but not the releases or links pages. When I try to go to them I get the message that the domain name has expired. Anyone know what is going on?

Aug 19, 2006 4:31:43 I am having mail server issues again and can´t access the site. Flip´s theory is there is some kind of DNS issue. The problem seems to come and go for days at a time. Do others have these issues?

Aug 19, 2006 6:29:43 Yep. There are short periods athas.org is available and then long periods (up to 2 weeks) that it's "Server Not found" DNS-related error. Since the dns server for athas.org IS www.athas.org (the same machine), this indicates that the DNS server configuration is horribly sc***ed and should be fixed ASAP.
