I recently posted a query regarding the nature of lifeshaping, and got a solid answer and series of references. Whether fortunately or unfortunately, more questions have arisen, as I'm not quite sure if I understand the material that explains it. I guess the most specific question I have for the time being (I'll have more) is one regarding the materials required to lifeshape. Windriders of the Jagged Cliffs lists 'Nen' and 'Rahn-rath' as two important materials, but I can't seem to find their specific application or area in which they can be found/way in which they can be produced. Anything that might answer this would be appreciated... thanks.
