#1trollocNov 15, 2006 14:50:32 | Hi, i am planning a campaign which is a mixture of S&S Masque of the Red Death ( also have the AD&D version ), Call of the Cthulhu d20, and steampunk thrown in the Victorian era. are there any resources of Ravenloft Gothic Earth? |

It's set in modern times, but it features many very old conspiracies and secret organizations that would have been around in the 19th century. It'd be a different feel, with the grey aliens, etoiles, mothmen and so forth, but it's horrific in an X-Files sort of way. There's also Etherscope, a steampunk RPG that features despotic governments, Victorian super-science, and Jules Verne style space travel. Go nuts. |

Especially since most of the material was re-released with d20 stats. Of course, you have to take into account the alternate history but it's nothing a good DM can't handle. The Back East - the South and Back East - the North sourcebooks are a treasure trove of ideas in that regard. |

Appears to have many goodies. ------ hmmm.... i totally forgot about Etherscope.. i didn't think it would be interesting because it was set in 1984 but i look over the pdf's....it totally fits my campaign mood, especially about class (upper, middle, lower, and poor ) struggle. I order Etherscope and Space 1889, to be added to my collection. |
