I'll be starting this module this week and am looking for some thoughts from folks who already running it, or have thought about running it. 1. Which of Strahd's motives have you used/will you use. I'm looking at using the witches one, but am interested in other's feedback. 2. How are you handling awarding XP for the encounters with Strahd? Obviously the crew gets full XP when they finally put him down at the end, but they are expected to encounter and 'defeat' him multiple times before then. 3. Are you allowing free access in and out of Barovia? I see the biggest difference between EtCR and I6 to be the in and out privileges being included. The note on raise dead seems to indicate that returning to civilization should be difficult, but not impossible. Thanks, Buck
