I've recently opened my own place on the internet called
"The Wayfarer's Inn", which is supposed to deal with oldschool settings and games.

However, my gaming wouldn't be complete without my Ravenloft, and so I have created a section for RL and MotRD as well.

Well, another visibility for the Ravenloft setting is a good news to all people that love the plane of Dread.

Mar 12, 2007 18:04:33 Just my recommendation, you've got far too many forums. At the moment, just stick to three or four. If there are certain games or settings that are extremely popular, then you should open up ones specifically for those.

Atleast that's the best way to do it, in my experience.

Mar 12, 2007 18:39:29 Thanks, I will indeed condense the number of boards if there remain some that have no traffic. However, my goal was to provide a baord for as many oldschool settings as possible, and so I can't just drop some of them.

- I think I will do a bit of cleaning once the board has fully established itself (if ever).

For me, the most important thing is definitely to learn how message boards work - if the board isn't successful in the end, I at least have learned something out of its administration.
