#1ividMar 22, 2007 13:28:40 | Hi all, I am thinking of letting my campaign return to the Flanaess: In the aftermath of the Greyhawk Wars, the heroes are summoned to Rauxes to plot the assassination of Ivid the Overking. What do you think of this hook and how would you set this up? Yours, Rafael |
#2paladin2019Mar 24, 2007 13:51:28 | IIRC, Ivid's assassination occured during the Wars. Like this changes anything but a date.... Sounds like fun. The PC's are members or attendants of one of the rival houses and this becomes a very Dune-esque noble houses in conflict/assassin war story. |
#3ividMar 24, 2007 18:07:00 | Yeah, I had thought of something like that - one of the nobles who has been wronged by Ivid on an earlier occassion offers the characters a high prize for their service... Now, how lure good characters into this? |

#5ividMar 25, 2007 5:26:31 | Well, maybe about 2019...;) :D Yeah, but is assassination of a fiend morally acceptable for a LG character? - I'm not sure how my player interprete their role... |
#6paladin2019Mar 25, 2007 12:46:48 | Well, maybe about 2019...;) :D It's only assassination if it's a public figure. Otherwise it's just killin' ;) |
