#2elondirApr 16, 2007 13:57:57 | It never existed. Monk was taken out of the game for 2nd edition. The closest thing might be the writeup in Baldur's Gate II. |

#5thanaelApr 18, 2007 2:39:53 | Or simply use the 1E version out of the 1E PHB. 1E and 2E are quite compatible. There's also a monk in the 1E Oriental Adventures HC. |
#6The_JesterApr 18, 2007 9:34:26 | There's also the Complete Ninja's Handbook that can be used to make monks. |
#7zombiegleemaxApr 18, 2007 10:04:23 | How is the Monk in the Scarlett brotherhood? Is it worth using that one? |
#8protonik_dupApr 27, 2007 18:17:06 | It never existed. Monk was taken out of the game for 2nd edition. The closest thing might be the writeup in Baldur's Gate II. There were 3 sources for a monk class in 2e: The aforementioned Player's Option book, Faiths & Avatars for Forgotten Realms and Scarlet Brotherhood. Also, 1e and 2e were extremely compatible so the far better 1e classes were also available including the customizable Oriental Adventures version. |
