#1zombiegleemaxJun 27, 2007 20:07:43 | Well, I dunno where the old one went, looks like they are cleaning up these forums for that Gleemax changeover, or whatever. Anyhoo, it is finally confirmed that I will be going to Gen Con! Woo! Right now, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights are open. Anyone want to play some Cyclopedia D&D in Mystara? I'll run, you bring your characters, levels 6 to 9. Prepare yourselves for... Rumble in the Ruins of Old Rymskigrad We just need to determine which night and where... Post here if you are in, and which nights you would be available. Hall closes at 6:00 (I'll be covering the show for Gaming Report from the floor), so the soonest I could realistically start would be 7:00. James |

#4culture20Jun 28, 2007 14:28:20 | I haven't asked for the time off from work yet, nor have I purchased tickets, but I'm still planning on attending. |
#5zombiegleemaxJul 01, 2007 15:13:57 | Hey everyone, Here's an update. I'm centralizing all feedback on the games I plan to run on my blog; check the July 1 entry for more details: http://jamesmishler.blogspot.com/ So far no one has signed up, so I've arbitrarily set the Cyclopedia D&D game for Friday night. I've got three nights I can run games (during the day I'll be talking with exhibitors and tournament organizers and posting on Gaming Report). Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights will be gaming nights for me. One night is dedicated to this Cyclopedia D&D game, the other two will be Castles & Crusades nights. So if you are going to be at Gen Con and want to play in a mid-Expert level game, check out the thread above and sign in. |
#6culture20Aug 17, 2007 14:23:09 | Well, I totally spaced things this year. I work down the street, but forgot about Gencon until I heard about it on the news last night. :/ I'd buy a ticket just for the Rules Cyclopedia game tonight, but I know from experience that I'd end up buying a ticket only to find out that the table is filled and I wasted my money. Edit: Yup, I was right. I never found your table. Hopefully Hickman's Killer Breakfast is easier to find. |
