How about something like the reckoning of the nine hells, in Ravenloft???
The darkpowers decide to put to test their "children".
As lab rats under another test, or just to see their evilness, and who is powerful and mighty enough to keep its domian by his wits.

Well how about this?
And i have been thinking about a new darklord, inspired in "Pennywise" the clown from IT. (Description Later)
And another darklord, an Incarnete Adamintine Golem, producing automatons and golems and all sort of constructs. (Representing the "Went wrong" side of science, the "Advances with costs" (This golem belives machines to be superior to mortals and that the world should be theirs)

You need to think about what the end result might be of that kind of thing. If your going for "utter disarray" then go for it. Chaos creates fear. If you are running this in a long-type of campiagn, PC's could have fun living through the "hell" of it, and then trying ot put pieces back together again afterwards.

Really, this could be a good idea if done well.

Good luck.

Pennywise would make a great darklord, but with the construct they have something similar with Adam.

Pennywise would rock!!!
But Adam is like a kid that is annoyed because he cant have what he wants.
This Golem should be Lawful Evil, logical without compassion, emotionless, not even rage, the world would be his frog, and he has a scalpel to open it!
Adam is a brute outcast!
He is the tryumph of science, logical thought against pathetic emotions.
What i`m not sure is his curse.... Any ideas?????
A par of it is beign trapped in his domain and have his underlings do everything for him, and in his mind if he does not do something himself it will be done wrong

So I am guessing he lacks the understanding of what causes things to live or what emotions even are. His experimentations could always be in the wrong directions as he tries to discover it through the mind and memories, but always comes short of studying the soul. Divinity could also be a fascination, since he has convinced himself he is nothing short of a god himself. His creations can have all sorts of problems. The ones he perfects can have short lifespans and others seem to trap the souls of surrounding living beings upon creation and they have minds/souls of there own. This posses a problem to him since his subordinates may turn against him as they rally together in rogue groups and may even have one that is just as powerful as he is to lead them.

I actually had plans along similiar lines as the Incarnate Iron Golem. My darklord was going to be a living blue crystal golem. By experimenting on an Inevitiable to learn how to become a living, sentient contruct, she drew the attention of the Dark Powers. Her domain would best be described as Il Aluk and Darkon if the negative energy had instead been some different kind of energy that turned everything into living machines. Her domain is now facing a new problem: a vampiric form of her subjects. Azurina, as she is now called, is also facing a new personal problem herself: There is a prophecy that she will be destroyed by a winged machenhin (the name of the living constructs in her domain), who is said to be the reincarnation of the original Inevitable she tortured with her experiments.
As far as a darklord based off "Pennywise", that sounds awesome! I'm surprised that noone has yet made a domain with an evil clown darklord.

Though not a darklord, the Kargatane Netbooks have something called the Darkclown. It was the first adventure I ever played in RL and left a lasting impression on the game. Which book it is in I couldn't say, but it is worth a look if you want some inspiration for Penywise if you are still looking for those finishing touches.

There is a fey creature in the Heroes of Horror book called a Grey Jester, which looks like the name. It feeds on emotions and when it drains a person of all emotion, it takes control of them in the form of "bleak ones". While I don't know much about this Pennywise (I'm not a big fan of Stephen King... yeah yeah, bash me all you want), I figured i'd bring it up, as its a nasty, evil clown essentially.

Well, my ideas with "Penny" are:
He will replace Maligno (guess i will call for an adventure for this)
Changing the domain, etc...

Pennywise will be something like:
1) Human male, sadist, pedofiliac, with cannibalistic tendencies.
2) Class: Ilusionist (LvLs???? think about it later)
3) For beign a cannibal when he dies, returns as a ghoul. (don`t know if common ghoul, ghoul lord, or gravetouched ghoul)

I still haven`t found out how to solve the Huge Spider Part

Entrothropes, I think is what you're taking about. You can find it on the website by doing a search for werebugs or "What's Bugging You?", which was the title of the article they're from.

After 17 years, that clown still creeps me out.

Pennywise strikes me more as a powerful bogeyman fey (the fact that the adults couldn't see that the room was covered in blood is a good indicator of the "eyes of innocence" ability.
