#1havardFeb 29, 2008 8:54:07 | Hi, just an idea I had. Im always looking for illustrations that would fit the Immortals. So the point of this thread is: Find an image that could fit to be an illustration of a Mystaran Immortal, either from wizards.com or elsewhere and link him or her up here. I'll start you up with a few: Ixion Zirchev Protius Who else can we get? BTW, multiple images of the same Immortal are acceptable. Maybe you can find images that are more fitting than mine... Havard |
#2khuzdFeb 29, 2008 10:11:36 | Mmm... I thought Zirchev had been a magic-user... the bow seems to be not appropiate. But finding pictures for Inmortals sounds great! |
#3havardFeb 29, 2008 10:14:41 | Mmm... I thought Zirchev had been a magic-user... the bow seems to be not appropiate. I was going for the Huntsman aspect, but Im sure there are other images out there that could fit better. I'm glad you like the idea behind the thread! Havard |

#8wilhelm_Feb 29, 2008 18:07:45 | Very nice illustrations, all of them. And actually Kord as Halav is a interesting idea, I think that's quite how HW Traldars and Milenians imagine him |
#9havardFeb 29, 2008 18:29:36 | Very nice illustrations, all of them. And actually Kord as Halav is a interesting idea, I think that's quite how HW Traldars and Milenians imagine him Thanks! #14johnbilesFeb 29, 2008 20:41:32 | All art is from my Amber game art. Some of my choices are dictated by efforts to connect an immortal to the right element... Valerias: Valerias with Ixion: Benekander about to be suckered by someone (possibly Talitha...) Masawu: Vanya: Sinbad: Petra: Rafiel: Diulanna: Diamond: Jammandaru (Vaprak), Thanatos, and Bogdozan: |

#16havardMar 01, 2008 7:08:01 | Great work Håvard. Not entierly how I imagined some of them but a good interpretation still. Thanks Galgrim! As I said, this thread is open to several interpretations of each Immortal so maybe we could find others that match better for some of them. John: Excellent pieces! There's no reason why we should stick with the WotC galleries in this project. That was just an easy place to start ;) Havard |
#17agathoklesMar 01, 2008 14:08:39 | I picture Halav more as a Greek warrior: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Greek_strategist_Pio-Clementino_Inv306.jpg And here, Zirchev (as Odysseus): http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Odysseus_Chiaramonti_Inv1901.jpg Petra (as Athena): http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Image:Aphaia_pediment_Athena_W-I_Glyptothek_Munich_74.jpg GP |
#18wilhelm_Mar 03, 2008 17:47:36 | I picture Halav more as a Greek warrior: Good pictures for them, especially for how they look like while they were only mortals. BTW, while looking for some other pics to post here, I found this: http://www.clydecaldwell.com/large_images/red_sands.html Isn't she that rogue from ShadowsOver Mystara? What is she doing at the cover of a non mystaran book? |
#19culture20Mar 09, 2008 0:25:04 | Masauwu: Although the pose may not be appropriate, I'd say that this resembles Harrow (a diabolus). |
