#1winterwordsMay 25, 2008 3:31:54 | Responsible companies care about the complaints their customers have, whether it is about policies, products, or about employees. Wizards of the Coast is a responsible company that cares about the customers. However, complaining on the message boards or going through the Customer Service channels they set up (which don't even offer the option of complaining about any employee doing anything wrong) doesn't seem to get anything accomplished. Therefore we should use other ways to make sure that our concerns are heard by responsible parties at the company. Many customers on these forums believe that Mike Lescault (Gamer Zer0) is not responsive to the needs of the community, and that his actions in these forums is detrimental to their ability and desire to continue to be customers of Wizards of the Coast. Instead of arguing here where no important manager ever gets to see it, contact the Vice President of Digital Gaming, Randy Buehler, who surely wants to make Gleemax a success. This is how to get a hold of him: Randy Buehler VP of Digital Gaming Wizards of the Coast 1600 Lind Ave. SW, Suite 400 Renton, WA 98055 I suggest sending him a real letter, instead of an email. Be certain that your letters are polite, professional, and specific as to your concerns. If you don't want to send Randy a letter, send him an email: randy.buehler@wizards.com |
