I would hate to see every setting have to make room for every part of 4E. Maybe after they get done with the Realms and Eberron, they won't feel that same need. Maybe something like Birthright would escape more or less unscathed. It is not the kind of world where tieflings and dragonborn would be expected to exist. Planescape, though, would have to be radically altered, since it gave so much focus to ideology, and now the cosmology and alignment systems have been radically altered.
