I'm working on a list of people, places, and things that are officially shared by both Greyhawk and Mystara:

The Keep on the Borderlands and the Caves of Chaos from module B2. The Expert D&D Set locates them in northeastern Karameikos; Mystara's version is named "Castellan Keep".
Caverns of Quasqueton from module B1. It's placed in northwestern Karameikos in the Expert Set.
Warduke and Strongheart from the AD&D action figure line. They're tied to Mystara via their inclusion in the Shady Dragon Inn, which is located in Darokin. And recent WotC article mentioned Warduke's participation in the Greyhawk Wars, and his ruptured friendship with Strongheart.
Blackmoor: Greyhawk's Blackmoor began as the same setting as Dave Arneson's Blackmoor, but they later diverged, and now even their maps are quite different. Still, several features are shared by both, such as the City of the Gods.
The Great Kingdom: According to Greg Svenson, The Great Kingdom of Aerdy and the Thonian Empire (bordering Blackmoor) were the same thing in early campaigns.
Castle Greyhawk: In Expedition to the Ruins of Castle Greyhawk, the Castle becomes a kind of interplanar brigadoon, with Mystara being one of the suggested destinations.
The Isle of Dread: Located in the Sea of Dread in Mystara, and DUNGEON magazine also placed it in the Densac Gulf in Oerth.

Any others?

Could it be that Mystara (also known as "Urt" in the Immortals D&D "gold box") is a kind of alternate Oerth, like Uerth, Yarth, and Aerth?

Oh yeah, also Kurtulmak "The Shining One".

Are you sure Thor and Odin are found in Greyhawk?

THey are not officially part of Greyhawk canon, though they did appear in EGG's personal world as he was developing it, because players chose those gods before any Greyhawk gods existed.
