#1LegendariusFeb 22, 2010 19:28:04 | Anyone have both the first edition of the Creature Catalog supplement (1986) and the revised 2nd edition (1993) that could tell me how significant the differences are. It sounds like the later one added a few monsters and tweaked a few stat blocks. Anything else of significance? Worth considering getting a copy of the later one since I already own the first version? Thanks, L |

#3havardFeb 24, 2010 16:51:13 | Been a while since I compared the two. One or two monsters from AC9 were not brought over (Stalwarts?) to DMR3. DMR3 added a few more creatures, new art work, different organization, encounter tables and IIRC some additional information for mounts and bardings per creature. IIRC DMR3 does lacks the complete monster appendix which AC9 had. Havard |
