An Order Question

Jul 10, 2003 8:45:21 Seeing how many of you have ordered the book early I had a question. I ordered mine early as well the 3rd I believe. I entered my information my address and my apartment number. I received a confirmation of the order yet on the confirmation my apartment number was not included on the shipping address. This may be my fault for forgetting it or it did not take. I probably forgot since I ordered at work. Any way, I e-mailed the sales e-mail address and I also tried to call. I have yet to receive a call back or an e-mail reply. For those of you who called or e-mailed your questions whom did you contact. Any help would be appreciated Thanks

Ack, hopefully everything will be okay. The number/email address you're using is for Jamie, and his cellphone isn't getting the best reception where you are at. Keep emailing him as I'm not having any more luck contacting him than anyone else is.

Jul 10, 2003 10:50:55 Thank you for the prompt reply. Its tough checking boards at work, I will try emailing again, and if you guys ever need free marketing advice I am your man. I figure that will cover the 1-4 dollars I offered.

Jul 10, 2003 10:53:30 Have you tried calling any other numbers at Sovereign? The number given at Weis's site is for Jamie, who's on vacation -- so only rarely, I assume, will anyone else pick up that line.

Dunno if that's a workable option or not...
