Will you guys be "re-printing" any of your DL Nexus material? In addition, will chemocs (from NoB) be included? Will there (presumably) be entirely new creatures as well?

Jul 14, 2003 8:04:50 I'll let Jamie and Chris handle questions about the Bestiary and other upcoming products, especially as regards scheduling and content information. Andre and I are excited to be working on it, but until we get the go-ahead to discuss it further we'll leave the answers to the answer men.

I can say however that there are a hefty amount of new monsters in the book, as well as revisions of older ones, some new spins on old creatures, and some that have been in the novels yet never made it into any published D&D (or SAGA) product. More than that, I can't say!

I'm not too much "in the know" on the Bestiary, but I will try to answer what I can.

Release date is November 2003.

As for whether or not any monsters are "reprints" from the Nexus...

Looking on the site, Cam has no monsters on the site. Andre' has a few, although they include some designs based on an old homebrewed magic system he had, plus he has his kodragonspawn (which was a fun April Fool's entry).

I think what you're going to see is a lot of original designs, some good rules, and a wide variety of monsters.
