Drow and Psionics in Living Greyhawk

Both drow and psionics are unavailable for players to use. Drow are available for Living Reyhawk Authors and Triads to do with. Psionics are available in the generic sense that monsters like Mind Flayers still get their MM psionic abilities. But the Psionic Handbook is not allowed in Living Greyhawk campaign play.
