Jul 30, 2003 5:31:47 Im running a campaign of Plan3.5cape as the DM, I have sent my players to the city of Delon-Estin Oti in the plane of mechanus; I have created the city with the litle info in the manual of planes and now Im trying to find any info in the internet, but Im unable to.

any help?

seems that they created the city from nowhere

Aug 04, 2003 3:24:44 you are right, but it is nice having a more deep info about the cities. The good part of old cities it is that there is info from the second edition, so you have not to imagine everything.
