#1 zombiegleemax Aug 12, 2003 12:45:18	I've never read any ravenloft publications, I've never ran a character through the world, hell i've never even really BSed with my friends about it. But for some reason I'm interested in learning more about it, maybe DMing a game there sometime. What would be the best way to learn more about the setting? What would I need to read/buy?
#2 zombiegleemax Aug 13, 2003 11:25:08	get the campaign setting, it's done by Sword and Sorcery and about the same price as other DnD books. Also check the Kargatane boards (link on the other roleplaying worlds board). They have a lot of nice links and lots of stuff. It's pretty much gothic, dark fantasy, it can go in pretty much any time period, it's more high fantasy though. Um, morality plays a big part, evil's really strengthened. It's kind of horror setting. I dunno, whatcha wanna know?
