#1zombiegleemaxAug 24, 2003 20:07:52 | I'm looking for some sources for Pelorite Paladins. A new player will soon be playing one in the game I run, and I'd like to give him something to marinate on while developing his character. So far I'll be giving him the LGG basic Pelor information, the Paladins of Greyhawk article from Dragon, and some homebrew stuff I have written up. Any specific articles on Canonfire I should direct the player to? Any other sources you'd recommend? Thanks. |
#2zombiegleemaxAug 25, 2003 10:39:10 | pelorite paladins would prolly lean towards hospitaller they'd prolly be more, good focused then law focused. lessee... um... They'd prolly be rather nice and approachable. Really detest undead. Yeah, that's all off the top of my head. |

#4mr._vandermeerAug 29, 2003 9:37:38 | One of the Living Greyhawk Journals in Dragon featured some paladins dogma's etc. for paladins of Pelor and Rao and St. Cuthbert and Mayaheine. It had nice descriptions and cool art for those paladins. If I could only remember which issue... |

#6zombiegleemaxAug 29, 2003 10:52:06 | hey, thanks for keeping this thread going. it reminded me of a CF article by Robert Bauer, which is on target. See Pelorian Sayings, Dogma & Detail, at http://www.canonfire.com/htmlnew/modules.php?name=News&file=article&sid=339 |
#7zombiegleemaxAug 29, 2003 11:32:17 | Great article Tizoc. I'll have to send that one to the player. |
#8zombiegleemaxAug 29, 2003 18:09:28 | Dragon #310 has a nice variant class for a NG paladin called the sentinnel. You might want to consider that. |
#9chaerosAug 29, 2003 18:42:20 | A bit more background for the aforementioned paladin (i know the player). He is looking to get the Knight of the Chalice PrC. For the backstory he is planning on being the body guard of the group's cleric of Pelor. The Priest will (hopefully) become a sacred excorsist next level, so both players think that the back stories, and PrC would make sense |
