What I am looking for is what exactly are the effects of taunt and on what page numbers are these rules found on in the DLCS? I do not want interpretations, I do not want arguements, all I am looking for is a clear and concise ruling on taunting mechanics based on solid grounds.
All I can find is that kender get a +4 on bluff checks when taunting. So exactly where do I find the rule on Taunt? It is not listed under the bluff skill description (don't even direct me towards the feinting in combat rules unless you can point to an exact page number in the DLCS that explains that it is done the same way)
please help.
Also I do not have 'Age of Mortals' source book so don't quote anything from that either... since I have never even heard of it until I hit these boards, and I have never even heard of the source book since.

Taunt & the Bluff skill is a sidebar on page 29 of the DLCS, which explains the Taunting ability in detail
