One's in Nightlund and used to be in Palanthas. Dalamar moved it, and lived there throughout the Age of Mortals until Mina showed up and killed him. When he was restored to life and to the magic, the Gods of Magic forbade him from ever setting foot in it again. Most people don't even know it was moved - they believe the Tower of Palanthas to have been destroyed. The other Tower is in Wayreth Forest, and its current status is not known. It was being hunted by Beryl's Dark Knights and draconians for some time, but avoided them. What is the raltionship between Wizards and Sovereign Press ? ie who wrote what books and who editited them ... ? Sovereign Press has the license to publish Dragonlance gaming material with the WOTC Licensed Product label on it. SP wrote the Dragonlance Campaign Setting, Wizards edited and published it, but all future DL game books will be published and distributed by SP, not WOTC. Cheers, Cam
#3 zombiegleemax Sep 08, 2003 15:08:36	As far as I can remember there are 2 towers left...one in Nightlund (the one featured in the WoS trilogy) and the one Beryl desperately wanted to find but never did...feel free to correct me if I´m wrong :D As for the other question...I don´t know but my theory is that Sovereign Press made the book and WotC published it (much like a lot of computer games are developed)...

Which is what I originally thought the punishment was until I read the DLCS and had to re-read DoaVM to refresh my memory. But yes, I agree with you.

They are gods for crying out loud No...he was punished because Dalamar damn near ruined the pantheon of krynn's one chance to reclaim their world. He helped Takhisis by slaying Palin. Palin stayed true to the magic and to the gods, Dalamar left them to side with Takhisis. I think it was just and fair that Nuitari punished Dalamar.

#15 zombiegleemax Sep 08, 2003 16:41:42	Besides the three gods need to reestablish the Order of High Sorcery and Dalamar is more than likely the last powerful wizard (now that Palin turned it all down) they have. The gods of magic more or less OWN Dalamar now... Arandur
