For example, Brandobaris does not have a realm or a home plane. I thought of several solutions, like sticking to his pantheon's general plane (Mount Celestia), the plane of his alignment (Outlands), choosing a different plane each game day/playing session/adventure, setting the reduction to -1 for all planes except Sigil and the prime, or just arbitrarily assigning Brandobaris to the Astral plane as a kind of 'average'... Did anyone come up with a good solution to this problem and has there ever been some kind of official ruling on this? |

Of course I'm not the best one to ask about this since frankly I ignored the rules on level reduction (and in large part spell and power keys) when on the planes. |

Anyway, the Planescape setting mentioned some of the gods from other settings and how they fit into the Planescape campaign setting, and Celestian was described as a wandering god whose petitioners would become stars in his cloak. Eventually, their wandelust would overcome them and they would merge with their deity in much the same way petitioners of other gods merge with the realms of their respective deities. Anyway, his home plane was said to be the Astral Plane. So, my suggestion is the Astral Plane. |
