#1zombiegleemaxOct 06, 2003 20:51:08 | I've been out of the loop for a while and i'm getting confused about the subraces. I know about the hill, mountain, gully and dark but what are the daewar or the Zhakar dwarves, or any other for that matter. I should know them but i don't. Can anyone help? |
#2iltharanosOct 07, 2003 0:06:59 | According to both the Dragonlance Campaign Setting and the Age of Mortals accessory you've got 4 dwarven sub-races: Hill Mountain Dark Gully Each of these sub-races is further divided into clans (though there are no game-rule differences between different clans of the same sub-race). Thus we have: Hill dwarves -> Neidar clan Mountain dwarves -> Hylar, Daewar, Klar clans Dark dwarves -> Theiwar, Daergar clans Gully dwarves -> Aghar clan As for Zhakar dwarves, the term is similar to Thorbardin dwarves. Prior to Severus Stonehand's arrival in the kingdom of Zhakar, the Zhakar dwarves were all members of the Dark dwarf sub-race of dwarves. |
