#1zombiegleemaxOct 08, 2003 20:37:25 | I know this might not be a regular question, people might ask here but i had to ask anyway lol. Are the prestiges classes in the book are playable in a normal DragonLance game or must i play them after the Age of Mortal ? So far i've not decided in which era i'll play my game so i was wondering. Thank in advance for the answers or comments SongOfShadow |
#2zombiegleemaxOct 08, 2003 20:50:20 | Alright there are 9 different PrCs in the book. Of these only a few truely fit in a none Age of Mortals Game. Academy Sorcerer - no Sorcerer's Pre-5th Age and no Academy either. Citadel mystic - Exact same as above just replace Sorcerer with Mystic and Academy with Citadel. Kender Nightstalker - I don't see why this couldn't fit in other Ages. just say that someone is giving the Kender their divine power. The Three Legion PrCs - Need a Legion of Steel. legion didn't form until 5th Age. Master Ambassador - This fits any age. Nomad Shaman - Same as the Nightstalker. Rogue Knight - Fits anywhere. Solamnic Auxilary Mage - The Solamnics really detested Mages and would not think of it up till now. Spellfilch - Its possible for enegade casters War Mage - Fits any time period. So out of 13 - 6 fit with minimal effort. |

#5DragonhelmOct 08, 2003 21:27:28 | Originally posted by The White Sorcerer Actually, the Solamnic Auxiliary wasn't formed until after the Chaos War. Palin Majere was definitely an inspiration for the Solamnic Auxiliary (and is considered an honorary member), but he was not a member. There was an article on the KoS on the WotC site recently which said Palin was a SAM, but that information is incorrect (as are several other things with that article). |
