[War of Souls trilogy & Linsha trilogy spoilers] S P O I L E R IMC the party will start in Sanction. Similar to the Heroes of the Lance, they are all friends who grew up together and decided to return to sanction x years after they each departed on their own path. The group consists off a kender, a minotaur, an elf, a dwarf [NPC], a gnome and two humans (siblings). The party starts as ECL 6 equivalent PCs. What is a realistic time after which they vow to return? The DLCS & AoM state that Hogan Bight (spelling?) arrived in Sanction after the Chaos War. Does anyone know when? A lot of things happened in Sanction since then : the city has been under siege by the Solamnics and the Nerakans, conquered by Mina and her army, who in turn were defeated by the Solamnics, Hogan & Crucible have left, ... . What would have been a logical time for the party to leave Sanction? It has to be at least 5 years. How difficult would it be to enter the city now? Are the Solamnics in charge at the moment?
