In the case of the Fire Genasi, where the PC is medium sized, distinctly inhuman (but not monsterous), has an unknown reputation, is beyond the pale (ie. outsider, fey, elemental or other origen) and posesses (un)natural powers the total OR is around 5 (6 if people know Genasi are usually ill tempered and arrogant).
