#1 zombiegleemax Nov 11, 2003 2:14:06	Hej folks, as we started a Planescape Campgain one of my players wanted to play an astral Deva. Thanks to Savage Species this possible in 3.5E. But for the background story we wondered how such creatures are born, made, created or something like that. Please help. Greetings, your Crazy_DM.
#2 Shemeska_the_Marauder Nov 11, 2003 8:06:59	I could type out a reply and attempt to answer the question, but Celestials aren't my cup of Viperwine. *smirks* I'm sure some other folks here could answer the question better than me, so I'll leave this open for the moment should they decide to take a shot at it. However, here's your best bets to find the information. The book, 'Warriors of Heaven' released near the end of 2e. While not actually a Planescape product, it had the feel of the setting largely and I like the book. Also you should check out the Planescape Monstrous Compendium I, II, or III. One of them I know has an entry on the Astral Deva, just can't recall which one off the top of my head. As I said, I'd answer, but my knowledge base tends to start in the lower planes and rapidly decrease as you go towards the upper planes. *grins and calmly pokes at some larvae that formerly were the souls of several now dead debtors with a pointy stick*
