With the coupon code they provide on their website, you can get a 14% discount on their ESDs for selected Birthright products. From what I can tell, they exclude: Birthright Campaign Setting Book of Priestcraft Book of Magecraft So basically, you can buy: The four regional expansions (Cities of the Sun, Tribes of the Heartless Waste, The Rjurik Highlands, and Havens of the Great Bay) The thirteen Player's Secrets (plus download the freebie from the Wizards website) (I'm considering buying these, but that's another $52...) Blood Enemies Five adventures (Sword & Crown, Sword of Roele, King of the Giantdowns, Warlock of the Stonecrowns, Legends of the Hero Kings) More than they're offering for Planescape (only 3 adventures, and that's it --but what the hey ), and better than Dark Sun (they offer everything that isn't essential or top-rated when it comes to Dark Sun...)
