#1 old_sage Dec 01, 2003 6:37:25	I am currently working on something Faction-related (that will be ready for posting shortly). However, I have a small problem when it comes to the Dustmen faction. I have very little information (both pre- and -post Faction War) on their main areas of control/spheres on influence on the Planes. I am assuming their main base of operations outside the Mortuary of Sigil was/is the Negative Energy Plane, but are there any other sites on the Outer Planes?. Can someone please list them here with some brief details?. Thanks. ;)
#2 Shemeska_the_Marauder Dec 01, 2003 12:06:23	That's about it. The Dusties didn't have a huge sphere of influence simply because they by and large didn't have the passion to go out and claim it. Skall himself might have been the exception though. After all this is the lich who had a glabrezu as his familiar and who was mazed because he had an army of free willed undead with the intention of invading Sigil. Post Faction War I believe they still control the Cortuary in Sigil, as well as their citadel on the Negative Energy Plane. Also keep in mind that Skall's army is still sitting in the inner planes doing nothing. Some of it may have dispersed with his vanishing. The faction at large is not aware he was mazed, and most think he simply 'ascended to the True Death.' I may be wrong here, but I also believe that they've set up residence in the former lair of both the Doomguard and Vecna, citadel Cavitius on the quasiplane of dust. There's other folks to ask for more info about them than me, I'm not too keen on them. Other folks have a thing for Skall, and pushed for 'something' involving him post FW. Considering what it is, or isn't, or might be, you'll find it interesting I think. *ever so vague Mona Lisa grin*
