#1 zombiegleemax Dec 21, 2003 18:19:24	Im trying to make a sector in Star Wars based off of Greyhawk... well its closer to a conversion but Im having a really hard time doing it... I could use a little help... I dont need numbers.... just story stuff... Im also not sure if this should be here or on the Star Wars boards

What type of story material are you looking for? What Greyhawk source books do you have access to? Greyhawk is a large place and the campaign has been around for over 20 years so there are many stories, many different adventures and many different cultures. There is everything from grand strategies and intrigues that effect nations to low level encounters that involve nothing more than running off bandits or protecting a caravan or chasing down a predator haunting a farmers flock or herd. I think Greyhawk and Star Wars have many of the same elements and the same feel so converting Greyhawk plots to Star Wars shouldn't be too difficult.

"From the Ashes" Im kinda looking for more info on the Scarlet Brotherhood and Iuz If you are looking for published material there are two sourcebooks 'Iuz the Evil' and 'The Scarlet Brotherhood' that you might find helpful. Iuz the Evil ties in especially well with the From the Ashes set. An electronic document called 'Ivid the Undying' would also be helpful if you like the take of From the Ashes. There are many homebrew versions. In my own campaign I only use the first boxed set as a primary sourcebook and pick and choose from later work. I didn't care for the City of Greyhawk set and never had a Greyhawk War so the From The Ashes set didn't tie in well with my campaign. The 'Iuz' from my campaign is more demon than deity and while his own realm is a horrible place, it isn't an organized threat to its neighbors. The Scarlet Brotherhood, in my campaign, would never come out into the light of day. They are a dark rumor, rather than an accepted reality, said to pull the strings behind many in power but not wielding it openly. What type of information are you looking for about Iuz and the Scarlet Brotherhood?

For Iuz Im looking for Iuz's stats plus what his lands are like.... Im not much for the Greyhawk Wars and I agree about the Scralet Brotherhood being just rumor-ish oh yeah... do you know anything about Star Wars d20 or should I post Star Wars specific stuff elsewhere??
