Looking for 3.0/3.5 monster stats for a revenant. It's a type of undead creature. Used to be in the 2nd ed. monster manual. I have 3.0 monster manual. Is it in any other publication? Or are we going to have to make one?

A few facts: it is undead, comes back to avenge it's own death (or some tragedy), and I believe it is sentient, intelligent, aware, conscious, etc.

Read about the revenant in "Dead on Target" story by Roger E. Moore, from the Dragonlance novel War of the Lance - Tales volume 6.

I want to use this as an NPC, and maybe as a short alternative for character death.

Dec 24, 2003 17:39:43 Also, Second Generation appendix mentions how Takhisis sends wrongly executed Dark Knights back to Krynn as revenants to avenge themselves on their Dark Knight executers.
